1. Service Description

CarsASAP is a Telegram bot that aggregates car listings from 14 automotive portals across 12 European countries (including SS.lv, Kleinanzeigen.de, Otomoto.pl, AutoAM, Autogidas.lt, Autoportaal.ee, Autoplius.lt, Marktplaats.nl, Autovit.ro, Nettiauto.fi, Finn.no, Blocket.se, Auto24.ee, and Motors.co.uk) and sends notifications to users about new listings and price changes. The bot helps users find vehicles quickly by centralizing listings from multiple sources across Europe.

2. Subscription Terms

Free Plan: Available to all users at no cost with basic search functionality and limited listings per day.
Pro Plan: €4.99 per month — includes advanced filters, unlimited searches, and daily notifications.
Pro+ Plan: €9.99 per month — includes all Pro features plus priority support and extended history.
Car Flipper Plan: €39.99 per month — includes all features, bulk export, and dedicated support for professional users.
Payment: Payments are processed through Stripe or Telegram Stars. Charges for paid plans are made at the beginning of each subscription period and recur monthly unless cancelled.
Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Any subscription can be cancelled anytime using the /unsubscribe command in Telegram or through your Stripe account dashboard.
Upon cancellation, your service continues until the end of your current paid period. No charges are made for future periods after cancellation.
Refunds are evaluated individually based on circumstances. For refund requests or disputes, contact info@carsasap.bot with details.
If you are charged in error or have billing questions, please reach out immediately with your transaction details.

4. Usage Restrictions

The service is intended for personal use only. Commercial use requires explicit authorization.
You agree not to use the bot for automated reselling, scraping, spamming, or any other abusive activity.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to circumvent any features or restrictions of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

CarsASAP aggregates listings from third-party sources. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or legality of any listing. Listing content, pricing, and descriptions are the responsibility of the respective platforms and sellers.

CarsASAP is not responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on information provided by the bot. You assume all risk when using our service. Always independently verify vehicle information, pricing, and legitimacy directly with the seller before making any purchase decision.

We are not liable for technical errors, missing listings, outdated information, or any consequential or indirect damages.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, updates, or unforeseen technical problems. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions but are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot or email notification. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
